Starting Over... A Fresh Start... Life anew.
That's what I've been hoping for, waiting for, praying and believing for. And it is finally happening!
I haven't posted anything in such a long time because honestly there hasn't been anything going on. Just been in that holding pattern I posted about awhile back. I got through the horrible depression that I didn't even write about because it was so depressing. That went on for about three years, but thankfully I have been out of that particular darkness and into a better place emotionally for about a year and a half. So now for the physical:
In my endless quest to improve my health I have finally found something that is helping and turning things around for me. . . . Essential Oils.
My lovely and wonderful daughter introduced me to the world of essential oils and they are changing my life. I feel better! I am sleeping more soundly. I have more energy and less pain and discomfort. I am also losing weight which I so badly needed to do. So now, I have hope. God is telling me that it is finally time to get out of this awful, horrible holding pattern of illness and malaise and begin to live again. And I am ready!!!
Essential oils are God's gift to us, helping us to be healthier and feel better and I am so thankful to have the opportunity to add them to my life. In finding ways to experience them more fully I have been exploring jewelry and accessories that make me able to have them with me where ever I go throughout the day - now that I am finally mobile and getting out more! While looking at aromatherapy diffusing jewelry I came to the conclusion that I can make this stuff myself! Ha!! So this is my other new thing: making jewelry.
I am also taking a course with my daughter on essential oils so that we can help others ... you know, friends and family and church family. Maybe someday we will even get certified as Aromatherapists. Not sure how far we will take our education, but I am enjoying learning all about the oils and their benefits.
If you want to know more about essential oils, please let me know and I will be happy to share what I am learning. I will blog about it more as I make my way through it and know enough to disseminate information with sufficient knowledge. For now I have only been using them and learning about them since May, so I have a good foundational understanding, but I don't want to "teach" anyone else about them until I feel very secure in what I have learned and know. I am selling doTERRA oils, as well as using oils from EdensGarden.com. I am NOT a doTERRA elitist. I do believe they have great oils and especially good blends, but I also believe Eden's Garden has very good quality oils for a more affordable price, so I am getting some of my oils from them. The owner of Eden's Garden is a sweet Christian lady who does great work.
